The Fibre-Optic Broadband Network initially established by the Municipality of the County of Annapolis has been sold to Xplore Inc.– for any NEW SERVICE INSTALLATIONS - please contact Xplore Inc. directly at 1-866-828-1795.
EXISTING Seaside customers should continue to contact Seaside for any service and support inquiries at 902-539-6250.

The Municipality of the County of Annapolis is pleased to announce the sale of its Internet infrastructure to Xplore Inc.
On March 29th, Council announced that Xplore Inc. has purchased the County’s internet infrastructure; which promises to continue to provide high-quality, high-speed internet to the area.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR THE CUSTOMERS?
For internet service connections and general information, please contact Xplore Inc. Toll free at 1-866-828-1795.
Don’t worry if you don’t speak to someone, just leave a message with your contact info and a customer service representative will get back you. Alternatively, simply fill out the Priority Service Form!
