East End Planning Area Planning Document Review & Updates
The review process for the East End Planning Area Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw has been underway since it was initiated in 2022. The draft Secondary Planning Strategy and Land Use Bylaw were prepared based on input from the public, various stakeholder consultation, focus group meetings and comments from the East End Area Advisory Committee (EEAAC).
NOVEMBER 2025 (UPDATE)
The East End Area Advisory Committee on November 24, 2025 recommended that the proposed East End Planning Area Land Use Bylaw and Secondary Planning Strategy draft documents below be forwarded to the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC).

A copy of the drafts may also be viewed by visiting the Municipal Administration Building, 752 St. George St, Annapolis Royal weekdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm or the Municipal Satellite Office, 291 Marshall Street - Unit 4, Middleton Wednesdays and Thursdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
