TAKE NOTICE that the Habitation Community Secondary Planning Strategy and Habitation Community Land Use Bylaw were adopted by Municipal Council on September 17, 2024 and these planning documents came into effect as of October 25, 2024.
A copy of the Habitation Community Secondary Planning Strategy and Habitation Community Land Use Bylaw may be viewed at www.annapoliscounty.ca or by contacting Linda Bent at the phone number below or by visiting the Municipal Building, 752 St. George St, Annapolis Royal weekdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
