The Municipal Clerk is responsible for producing the Council agenda. Person wishing to appear before Municipal Council may contact the Municipal Clerk  who will confer with the Warden and Chief Administrative Officer. Deadline for inclusion on the Council agenda (pending Chair approval) is the Tuesday preceding the meeting (one week before the meeting date).
