Please be advised that the Cornwallis Park Secondary Planning Strategy and Cornwallis Park Land Use Bylaw were adopted by Municipal Council on February 19, 2025 and these planning documents came into effect as of March 27, 2025.

A copy of the Cornwallis Park Secondary Planning Strategy and Cornwallis Park Land Use Bylaw may be viewed below or by visiting the Municipal Administration Building, 752 St. George St, Annapolis Royal weekdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
