Site Plan Approval is being granted to the above-mentioned property by the Municipality of the County of Annapolis in compliance with the Annapolis County Land Use By-law and Municipal Planning Strategy, and the Municipal Government Act (MGA) for the second to fifth phases of a development proposal to construct 26 single unit dwellings in total.
Property owners within 60 meters of the property boundary, may appeal this decision to the Annapolis County Council by writing the Municipal Clerk, to 752 St. George Street, Annapolis Royal, B0S 1A0 or email kkempton@annapoliscounty.ca by the end of the business day of Wednesday, May 13, 2026.
