APPLICATIONS UNDER CONSIDERATION
1. Broiler Barn at 143 Round Hill Road, Round Hill
TAKE NOTICE that the municipal development officer has approved a Site Plan Approval Application at 143 Round Hill Road, Round Hill, in principle, on February 23, 2026. The approval is for the construction of an additional broiler barn on the aforementioned property.
A copy of the proposal may also be viewed by visiting the Municipal Administration Building, 752 St. George St, Annapolis Royal, during weekdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

TAKE NOTICE that the municipal development officer has approved a Site Plan Approval Application at 143 Round Hill Road, Round Hill, in principle, on February 23, 2026. The approval is for the construction of an additional broiler barn on the aforementioned property.
Property owners within 60 metres of the aforementioned property boundary may appeal this decision to the Annapolis County Council by writing the Municipal Clerk, to 752 St. George Street, Annapolis Royal, B0S 1A0, or email kkempton@annapoliscounty.ca by Wednesday, March 18th, 2026. Any appeals shall be based on the criteria set out under Section 236A of the Municipal Government Act.
