TAKE NOTICE that Municipal Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider amendments to the Future Land Use Map and Zoning Map of the Annapolis County Planning Area. The amendments will alter the existing Annapolis County Planning area boundary to account for the removal of Lily Lake Area from the Planning areaYou are invited to attend and speak or ask questions concerning these proposed amendments.
TAKE NOTICE that Municipal Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an application to amend the Annapolis County Land Use Map and Future Land Use Map. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to rezone a portion of the property located at 148/150 South Street, Carleton Corner, from Mixed Use (MX) zone to Multi-unit Residential (R2) zone which will require redesignation of the Future Land Use map from MX (Mixed Use) to RES (Residential).

TAKE NOTICE that Municipal Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider an application to amend the texts of the Cornwallis Park Land Use Bylaw and Secondary Planning Strategy to allow Public Use in the Light Industrial (IND) zone.
This application will enable the conversion of an existing building at 231 Spinnaker Drive (PID 05210745) into a secondary fire station (substation) for the Bear River Volunteer Fire Department.
