Annapolis County cancelling Public Zoom meeting scheduled for May 14 2020 concerning West Paradise Solid Waste Transfer Facility

Court hearing on Charges from Nova Scotia Department of Environment

Charges from Department of Environment have not been properly served on Annapolis County. 

At the hearing today the Judge agreed that Department of Nova Scotia Environment had not properly served Annapolis County. New court date set for July 22, 2020.

Even if an alleged stop work order had been issued from NSE it had not been properly served in accordance with the Municipal Government Act.
