TAKE NOTICE that the Upper Clements Area Secondary Planning Strategy and Upper Clements Area Land Use Bylaw were adopted by Municipal Council on September 17, 2024 and these planning documents came into effect as of October 25, 2024.

A copy of the Upper Clements Area Secondary Planning Strategy and Upper Clemens Area Land Use Bylaw may be viewed at www.annapoliscounty.ca or by contacting Linda Bent at the phone number below or by visiting the Municipal Building, 752 St. George St, Annapolis Royal weekdays, except public holidays, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
