Committee of the Whole is typically held on the second Tuesday of each month. Its primary function is for members of Council to discuss and have dialogue regarding specific topics. Monthly reports from staff, presentations, and other typical committee-like activities are received at this meeting.

Council is where final decisions on matters are made (typically); usually related to topics discussed the week before at Committee of the Whole. Council is normally held on the fourth Tuesday of each month.

Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) and other Committees of Council meet on an as-needed basis. Agendas for PAC will be posted here when available.
