That Municipal Council consider the application submitted by Harry Wilson September 28, 2022 to amend the Development Agreement for MacBeth’s Grooming and Kennel Boarding, to allow for the future expansion of the business; and adopt a public participation process involving the referral of the application to the East End Area Advisory Committee and the Planning Advisory Committee (PAC) for their review and recommendation; and hold a PAC-sponsored public meeting near the community of Meadowvale on Wednesday, November 16, 2022, at 7 pm, at Three Rivers Community Hall, 41 Messenger Road, Torbrook Mines.
