Committee of the Whole (COTW) Meetings
Committee of the Whole meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every month and start at 9:00 a.m. This is the working committee of Council and is comprised of all councillors. Usually, recommendations are made to Municipal Council for final approval.
Committee of the Whole Minutes
Minutes of each meeting are approved at the next meeting and, once approved, are available by request.
Committee of the Whole Agenda
The Municipal Clerk is responsible for producing the Committee of the Whole agenda. Persons wishing to appear before Committee of the Whole may contact their local councillor, the Warden, or the Municipal Clerk who will confer with the Warden and Chief Administrative Officer. Deadline for inclusion on the Committee of the Whole agenda (pending Chair approval) is the Tuesday preceding the meeting (one week before the meeting date).
